So there is no denying that the quarantine 15 have come knocking at my door. Okay maybe not “15”, but it is safe to say I’ve put on a good 5-8 pounds during these past few months. By no means is this the end of the world, but it has made me feel more sluggish and unproductive. Not only have I been guilty of snacking a bit more than usual but sitting on my bum everyday certainly has not been helping my cause.
With my gym still being closed due to the virus working out has not been the easiest. I feel so unmotivated to workout at home, and I know I am not alone here! With so many other things to do and constant distractions working out at home has felt near impossible.
That being said when I woke up this morning I thought enough is enough! The body I want is not going to miraculously be waiting for me when I wake up one morning. If I want to see the end result I need to put in the work, and there is no better time than the present to start. I’ve been doing some research and I am really interested in doing the BBG program. I have seen so many girls with incredible results doing this program. I have also been loving Obé fitness on the days I was able to get my lazy butt to actually do something. They have a ton of workouts, my favorite are the yoga classes 🙂
I created a collage of some of my favorite tried and true products as well as some really great finds that I think are perfect for kickstarting a whole new super fit you. I am going to do a bit more research into the BBG program today, the only downside is it is a bit pricey over the long haul. I am seriously considering it, I just want to make sure it is something I can stick to before I make the financial commitment. If I do go forward with the program I will definitely keep you updated here and do progress posts along the way.
