Okay maybe not “15”, but it is safe to say I’ve put on a good 5-8 pounds during these past few months. By no means is this the end of the world, but it has made me feel more sluggish and unproductive. Not only have I been guilty of snacking a bit more than usual but sitting on my bum everyday certainly has not been helping my cause.
